HTTPd Ban-list

Hi, I propose we implement a system for viewing banned members, similar to that of the HTTPd perm-ban list.

The configuration link would be: {doman}:{port}/bans

For example, http://tf.madgeekonline.com:28966/bans

The format would be: {username}:

• {reason}
• {who babbed}
• {IP range/IP (depending if GTFO/Glist)}

For example:

ExamplePlayer1:
- Griefing - LS confirm
- markbyron
- 208.111.*.*

ExamplePlayer2:
- You are breaking blocks too fast.
- Console
- 208.111.171.236

We would display IP addresses so we are able to find range bans and ease up the appeal process for offline users (remove the famous, "I'VE NEVER JOINED, I CAN'T JOIN-- WTF MATE"). The admin who banned is included if we have any questions about the ban (i.e. every appeal ever). The reason so we are able to see potential cases of abuse. In other words, this suggestion would speed up the ban appeal process and ward off potential abuse.
