Removals & Additions for index.html

• Removed the "TotalFreedom IPs" section due to it containing only one working IP
• Removed "Frysta" from the "Global Forum Moderators" due to him not being active and not in the "Administrators" group on the forums
• Prozza is no longer the Lead Developer
• Added changes proposed by @pramire in index.html(With some minor fixes) #100
  • Added Dusty01 as Creative Designer
  • Added Saxsational as Assistant Admin Officer
  • Added xfilez as Assistant Creative Designer
  • Added TheCool1Mike as Assistant Security Officer
