Instrument overlay update #2

Since the 3.5 GUI update, I cannot see the "LAUNCH BAR DOWN" and "READY TO LUNCH" icons on the right. I have looked into the new system and I'm quite sure I would be able to write the new version, but I couldn't figure out which hexadecimal name means what in the code. If you are interested in this bugfix I would be happy to help you, if you send me the dev version via discord (so it will not leak out). It would be also great if there would be configurable keys for the functions, because on my laptop it's quite tricky to force the "/" character out while I'm in the game.
