As requested here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2509863&postcount=17 This adds a few minor nits, and adds an immunity override command (default ROOT flag).

aww you got to it too fast! i had some styling updates, oh well. I'll work on some kind of whitelist for community urls etc next.
