Created The view for the MVC architecture

• The GUI is finalized
• The basic functions needed to update the view are implemented : void view_setSpeed(int speed); void view_toggle_TL(view_TL direction); void view_setCMD(int cmd); void view_setLight(int turn_on); These must be used in the controller
