Since the AI has been becoming more competent (case in point, AI tengu realm has 90% cav CA with only cossack cav and conquered the majority of gensokyo in my game), KPP needs an additional buff that isn't just a bigger army count from the colonies. The mission Engineering Genius that gives the hisoutensoku robot/merc company is an ideal spot to add the reward since it's a mission that's deep in the tree and has difficult enough requirements to justify the buff. Additional flavor text can be added by saying a biproduct of making the robot is improved artillery weaponry. I feel there's too many gadgets once you've finished the mission tree and getting innovativeness can be tricky without inno ideas."
