Suggestion: Reisen Releasable Nation #123

Reisen tag, maybe as a releasable country from Eientei? Could be an interesting country with missions based on Eientei, the Moon, and forming a nation of moon rabbits. Much of the missions would involve the Moon or Eientei in someway, likely allying Eientei in someway and possibly warring with the Lunar Purifiers. Maybe some of the missions might involve Seiran or Ringo in some circumstance, or Tewi to some degree (as justification to declare war on Eientei). Regarding ideas or national ideas, definitely something involving gunpowder units or focusing on bonuses relating to infantry/Fire.
