Suggestion: More Muslim/Christian Touhou Requests #148

Give Touhou nations a decision to convert to either Muslim Touhou or Christian Touhou if they core a province that has any muslim or christian denominations, in a similar way to the decision pagan nations get.

Personal note: Do we have a proper stance on this? It'll make it easier for me in the future since I think we're going to get more of these in the future.
