bookmarks within title descriptions

bookmarking should be possible when event descriptions are viewed.
Put a star icon either next to the title "Event Description" or next to the labels (e.g. via a Row/Col setup) depending on which is easier
Make it function the same way as the existing Bookmark setup (e.g. by using the same Bookmark class)
When exiting the offcanvas, the main screen should also update to reflect the added bookmark
if a user unselects a bookmark then views it, the bookmark inside the offcanvas should also be unselected
bookmarking should be possible when event descriptions are viewed.
