updating the schedule

with the schedule closer to finalized we need to update the schedule to the 2024 version, even as certain elements are omitted

• create a new events.csv with the new events ✅
  • for events where i need to think of a description, color code it in google sheets to indicate unverified descriptions
  • ping someone else to look over and verify descriptions are correct
• events that warrant multiple tags should have just one tag for now, then apply the second tag in the multiple tags branch (addresed by #22)
• adjust the operating hours page accordingly ✅
• see if vendors is getting its own separate thing or not (see #30)
• inside the event description, add the start day somewhere for christs sake (addressed by #41 )

needs panel descriptions from james + vetting of non-panel descriptions by staff

event descriptions issued to staff for verification; if no one replies I will cut over anyway on Wednesday and deal with changes as they arise

EDIT: the cutover will happen anyway, and changes that are requested will just trickle in as they're raised
