I saw your twit about that, sad to see it gone.

TBH, it's still possible to update, but you need to hook all the other functions that call the _ITEM_DECOMPOSE_ITEM_LIST instead

but, if it won't met your quality standard, it's ok to ignore, i'll kept mine 😂

and well, i didn't use equipmarker. so, i don't have any idea about compatibility for these two addons

If we try to force it, it will be so. I think that I also have to do so. Please let me think for a moment whether or not to force-release and continue publishing.

Postscript. As for compatibility with EquipMarker, EquipMarker side detects DontDecomposeMe add-on, and if it detects it, it gives control to display to DontDecomposeMe add-on.
