iOS splash screen shows Cordova logo #205

This was mentioned a few times during meetings, but I was not able to find a specific issue relating to this. The icon used for the app would be appropriate here. I'm not sure if we have the original source files to make different sizes or not.

Cold start BTC on iOS (close it in the app switcher if necessary)

Result - Cordova logo is briefly visible then white screen then app Expected - Branded splash screen then map
