Make all the buttons actually look like buttons #217

We should stop using that button that doesn't look like a button

"Add Hours" button still looks flat.

"Add Amenity" button needs some space on the right.

We do have those other bugs to update these screens so maybe we could just do this work there

I quickly cleaned them up the same way you did the others. Ship it!
