Hour information UI at bottom of service card needs revision #98

Right now the different states in which a service can be (open, closed, we don't know) are all using green text and have a long dash after them (even if there is no description following).

This looks odd and we should revise it.

Results - Color of service open state is green for all states Expected - Probably green for open, red for closed, yellow for we don't know
