3 years ago I tried to solve it but i didn't find an exact reason to why it behave like it. I think it is related to the order in which the blocks are pasted, because a simple workaround it to simply systematically double each paste command. Since mod compatibilty can get very tricky and the ease to get around this problem, i do not plan to work on it for now.
Great mod, works great. But, often times when I try to use the worldedit stack or copy/paste commands on instant repeaters, as many as half of them won't copy at seemingly random places. I might have seen this happen with the torches too, but I'm not sure. It's really annoyed when I get to bigger projects with many repeaters.
