Player-specific configs are now next to the server config
Fixed #40
Renamed config groups so they no longer contain spaces (existing config files will be reverted)
To diminish confusion, operator commands that restrict or allow players to use features are now accessed via /svmm [restrict|allow] instead of /svmm [enable|disable]
