This has started appearing when the page is submitted to change the order of the pages. I started noticing it on ProcessWire 3.0.206.

I can't reproduce that here. If you can give steps to reproduce on a clean PW installation I'll investigate further.

@cb2004, I did manage to reproduce this on a new site. Must be related to a recent core update. Seems to be fixed when I change a hook method to be attached during ready() rather than init(). Please upgrade to v0.1.4 for the fix.
