Game not detected as installed (Wolfenstein Young Blood) #3

Right-clicking on the thumbnail shows a "install" entry (which brings up the Bethesda Launcher up on the game page) and doesn't launch the game.

Game installation status should be caught properly after the games first launch.

I've no idea how to work around this as game makes registry entries on its first launch and before that its state is kept in encoded bethesda files.

Is the status properly detected after you launched the game? + Did you download the newest version? I made a commit today specifically for young blood

It didn't fix when launched the game once. I installed latest version, launched the game, came back and it's still not detected as installed. :(

It's to note that when I click install in Galaxy, it launches BNET then says that it can't detect credentials for this game. But I can launch it no problem from there. :P

Shame, can you provide your logs from ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs they should be in a file named plugin-bethesda-

Also do you by any chance have the german version of the game? I know that there are 2 versions of the game and the credentials issue might be because plugin is trying to launch the wrong one.

It's the international version (I got from buying an nvidia card).

Wow, stop the press! I was checking in my "baclog" playlist but looking at my Bethesda one I actual see two Wolfenstein Youngblood entries, one of which has the "play" entry. :S

Sorry I should have been more thorough. Really sorry for the time wasting. :(

Haha, no problem, the other one was probably the preorder and should disappear if you disconnect and connect again the plugin. Glad its working :d
