when i do the RE button or power + vol down or up nothing happens

I've tried almost everything . i just don't know what I'm doing wrong or missing

What you explained doesn't really make sense. Jumpdrive is only supported on the regular PinePhone, however you are also writing about the "RE" button which the regular PinePhone definitely doesn't have. I think you are getting a bit confused here with instructions and also images of the regular PinePhone and the PinePhone Pro.

Please make sure to solely flash images for the regular PinePhone in your case. If there is any issue with that, please ask in the PINE64 community chat (and not here via a GitHub issue). If you choose the correct images and only Jumpdrive keeps booting, it's a clear sign of a drained battery, as explained in the Pine wiki.
