Postprocessing pipeline #11

Add a data analysis post processing pipeline to clean data and prepare it for plotting.

Much of this code is already written in MATLAB or R - either streamline these and make a new repo for them, or rewrite in python. -I see myself probably unifying the R scripts and writing it all in R as ggplot2 is beautiful @JeffreyTownsend @vcannataro May need some help with the R
