Changing the size of individual icons. #25

It would be great if we could set the size for each icon. For example, If I wanted the capital icon to be bigger then the town icon I could tweak that in the config. This would be useful to show emphasizes on the capitals of nations while also showing outpost icons without them taking up too much space on the map.

Thank you for the suggestion! I'll try to implement this after the release of 2.0.0, but it might be a little while.
