But lets not get into those yet. Let us first just make sure we understand the problem.
What is the problem?

- I don't understand what this means
- Can you rephrase this please?
To avoid afk mayor to block a whole town and create great roleplay situations, allow residents to start a putsch that launches a siege without a banner.
It creates two armies, one who defend the established power and one who want to replace it, by default all residents, except the mayor and the one who launch putsche, are neutrals but they can join the side that they want but don't change after.
Rebels start with a few points, and points can be gained by enemies.
