Agressive PvP clans often use outposts to easily siege towns on many servers. In some cases, server owners might not want to fully disable the creation of outposts.

An option in the config file that would disable the teleportation to outposts for towns engaged in a siege during battle sessions.

I have considered intercepting the outpost teleportation command during battle sessions using Skript however my solution was very laggy and unpractical.
