Problem with commands and chat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Players can't use any towny command (players receive message: You don't have permissions
2. Players sometimes can't recive messages from other players (only recive SimpleChat's
/msg)

What is the expected output? :
Fix that (without that players must relogin)

I don't see anything out of place. You do give towny.wild.* all over the place. It only
need to go in the nomad section of the townyperms, and if it is there, you don't need
to give it to the default group in your bperms.

Other than that I'd look at whether bperms is up to date. Lately there's been some
very random reports of bperms not working for no reason.
