Suggestion: Multiple in 'Mayor' title

Describe in detail what your suggestion is, *make sure you search ALL
issues,* do not submit something that has already been suggested:

Hello!  I know this suggestion has been made before--to have multiple mayors of a single
town--but this suggestion is slightly different.  The response given in the other suggestion
was to simply make a new rank for the powers to be even, which I know works.  But say
for the aesthetics of having two exactly equal players in the 'Mayor' position, with
equal Mayoral permissions, could you add it in?

Having used Towny (both in an administrative role and as a user of a server with the
plugin) for nearly two years, I sincerely think this feature will add creativity and
flexibility to the gameplay of servers with the plugin installed.

For example, I founded a town with a group of friends last January, and for nine months
I was mayor--I had to step down for life demands, and another friend replaced me. 
He's been mayor for nine months since then, and now that we're starting a new server
with a new town but continuing its history, we each feel that, as we share equal lengths
of experience, we both would suit the role; however, only one spot is allowed.  How
cool would it be to have a town led by two people, clear to see in the town information?
 I am not asking for suggestions to work around this issue, but rather for the implementation
of this requested feature in the 1.6 version of Towny, when it is released.

This can be done via teh townyperms.yml with the addition of the changes to the plot
command in 0.84.0.14 it is now possible to make a rank which has the exact same permissions
as a mayor.
