delete_old_resident -> mayor -> error #358

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a town
2. setting the delete_old_resident time very low and the mayor get deletet (no other
players are in the town)
3. towny giving an error, the townfile still in the datafolder and not in the deletet
folder and the place doesnt regenerate to the original chunk.

What operating system?
Debian 64Bit

Please use pastebin.com to attach links to relevant files which could
include your towny config.yml, your permissions file, broken town files
that prevent towny from loading on startup.

normal configs, no permission set.

Your problem is due to using the wrong version of iConomy. This is all fixed in Dev
(about to be pushed to release)

I have deleted my spam and posted a clean version of the problem. (0.76.1.0 and 0.76.1.19
DEV)
We use NO Permission plugin or other Plugins, everything was tested on a fresh installation.
