Suggestion: Allow to disable backups #7279

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Add an option to config to completely disable backups

I am currently taking suggestions from sponsors only. Only 1% of servers are sponsoring the time I put into Towny and that is not enough.

Valid entries are: tar, tar.gz, zip, or none for no backup. flatfile_backup_type: tar
