Towny claims removed after restart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Claim an area
2.Restart server
3.Claims weren´t saved

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No error - it just doesnt save

What is your towny build?
0.79 - latest one
What is your bukkit build?
1.1-R3
What operating system?
Ubuntu -Linux
Please use pastebin.com to attach links to relevant files which could
include your towny config.yml, your permissions file, broken town files
that prevent towny from loading on startup.

It´s the default config.
Where is the startup log?
I removed towny and reinstalled it.

Do you use MyWorlds for multiworld? If you do, get the Dev version of towny.

If not, the startup log is in your servers minecraft folder under the name server.log.
