Chunk problem when remove town

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I create a town nothing happends
2. When I remove a town nothing happends to
3. When I remove a second town it removes slowly the chunk and it makes lines as hole
with bedrock and glass what is not placed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A raster of lines each line of blocks is gone till the bedrock layer

What is your towny build?

My towny build whas 79 but we allready had 80 to still the same problem

What is your bukkit build?

craftbukkit-1.2.5-R1.1.jar

We also tested it in the safer bukkit raftbukkit-1.2.5-R1.0.jar

What operating system?

We have Linux but im not sure it is, its hosted at avantehosting our plugin list is
to see on http://minestatus.net/20417-skullcraftz-zone

Probally its one of our plugins but we not sure about it, also reload has been defected
from essentials when we use /reload it crash the server when towny is installed

in the attachment I uploaded a picture of the raster lines I mean its not client side
but serverside the owner allready regenerated when he removed towny.

Update to the latest towny dev, this didn't happen on all servers but a small minority
had it. It was fixed.
