Fix build issues, add .gitignore #34

Fixes #33

Needed to switch to Java 8 in pom.xml, and add Towny and WarsForTowny as dependencies. Right now these are just .jars, I don't think there's a repo for them.

I also added a .gitignore.

Yup. I was trying to reproduce a bug, couldn't actually do that but figured this small fix would be useful.

Ok, so you know, there's a preview build of 0.96.1.10 made for 1.12 on the discord's MC-1_12-prereleases channel. As of that build officially coming out when we do our next release, the legacy branch will not be needed.
