Land Validation Job on Valoria not getting all provinces

• When the LV job runs, it apparently does this:

• Considering that it is setting purely land provinces to sea, I suspect that the biome information the job is picking up, is not corret.

• To solve this, it might be worth trying out different biome-getting algorithms

• If that works, presumably these algorithm choices would need to be offered in the config

• Note: This is not super-urgent, because I have supplied a set-by-area command for sea/land provinces, which should allow servers to get the job done quickly even without the LV job ....and in fact, there may be a case now for simply deleting the tricksy LV job....

• To fix this in a simple way, consider looking at the material of one top block in each checked chunk
• If it is water, consider that as a possible sea province
• If it is land, mark the province land and go to next province.
• That should be a much more robust way to do it than biome information!, and should suit any sort of regular or custom map.

I may have fixed this by providing different biome lookup in the config. Lets pretend I did If this recurs, we can re-open
