Several changes to documentation, style and github plugin #30

Generally updated the deployment documentation. I added nginx as deployment option and splitted apache into an additional file. The apache documentation have to be done.

Github plugin: I updated the ticket view in Github plugin if a ticket is selected. Now the avatar, ticket id, labels and date is visible. First steps for #19.

Sorry for the 11 commits. For the next PR's I try to squash them.
