Timeout on the playback panel #21

Hi again. I appreciate the hide/show option for the playback panel. But since it's based on hovering the mouse over the video, that means that if you have a video in full screen it never goes away. A timeout on how long it stays up would be nice. Preferably the same timeout as the YouTube UI.

Last time I work on the big update which includes the chrome release. Its redesigned interface and also will look more native.
