The setting "Enable to all videos (not just youtube)" in combination with "Enable Shift+MouseScroll to control playback speed" leads to some unexpected behaviour while using https://music.youtube.com.
I guess the Music Player gets treated as video playback which means that using Shift+MouseScroll to, for example, horizontally scroll one of YT Music's many carousels actually also changes the playback speed of the music playing.
Maybe this problem is known and a sacrifice you are willing to pay, but I thought I'd let you know as this is likely unintended behaviour.
