Make USE_EXTENDED_SIMPLE_UI more configurable at build-time #24

USE_EXTENDED_SIMPLE_UI 0 = (disabled) 1 = aux config 2 = aux config, strobes, sunset timer

May hack on this more and make it more granular, simple UI ramping toggle could also be rolled into this
