Implements quick aux switching #5

In both lockout or off modes, allows user to quickly switch the aux LEDs to off or back to the previous pattern.

As per the title, and previously discussed on BLF at https://budgetlightforum.com/t/anduril-2-feature-change-suggestions/218045/147 and following posts.

Just did a rebase to keep the branch up to date with the latest trunk.
