Create an overlay #10

When I first forked this project, I did not understand overlays or how they worked, now I do, so I should put in the effort for that.

As I was working on this today, switching to crate2nix so dependencies take advantage of nix, I noticed that there already is an overlay, so I should make sure the nixos module uses the overlay by default
