nh home switch default flake location should be at ~/.config/home-manager #2

this is because we default it to /etc/nixos for a similar behavior to nixos-rebuild

additionally although darwin-rebuild doesn't default to any location when run as darwin-rebuild switch, it does start a default configuration at ~/.nixpkgs/darwin-configuration.nix, so maybe default to ~/.nixpkgs for darwin on nh os switch instead of /etc/nixos
