Unobtainable TAC attachments (?) #75

I'm unsure whether or not this is intended or an oversight, but all of the magnified scopes, one of the stocks, both laser devices, and the final mag size attachment seem to be absent from the TAC workbench and any of the loot pools that I could view.

If these are currently obtainable by a certain loot-pool that I missed, I would ask to potentially have an informational pop up in JEI giving an idea of how to obtain them.

I'll certainly give that a check, thank you. Though adding a tip regarding that would be nice.
