So I was mining for some coal and encounter some water, I started drowning, got to the surface and noticed I was still taking damage, but it wasn't real, after getting back home with it still happening i noticed it has something to do with the nurse armor buff, for some reason even before the 4 second timer runs out it gets rid of the buff, it goes away really quickly and comes back, and it does this over and over endlessly with the damage screen effect and it basically caps you at 21 hearts like you don't even have the armor on, And you can not heal because it will just reset you back to the default of your character is, mine happens to be 21. I have recorded a small bit just to show, ignore the kitchen nightmares in the background.
Even restarting my game completely it is still happening. I am not sure how to fix this other than to find the config value to increase the buffs timer. But thats to much work for me so i am just going to use a different armor.
