review of requirements #19

I have tried to summarize and describe the requirements for the lexicon. The current list describes some basic behaviours in general and leaves all the implementation untouched. I feel a large part of detail on the requirement of the tool is missing, but I assume @sdruskat will be able to figure it out with @cvertan directly. Although I have already asked you many times, please have another look and open a new issue if there is anything missing.

I believe that it's one of the important tasks for our kick-off meeting to draft a requirements specification document which I can work through. I suggest that we use / further specify / add to the existing issues in this repo, and also agree on a reliable roadmap (to be documented explicitly elsewhere).

Please comment in reply to the issues with whatever further spec you need. I personally don't see the need of having a further doc elsewhere.

We can use the wiki where there is already done material to start a roadmap.

That's what I meant, re review of requirements, we'll just use the issues. Fine to complete the roadmap in the wiki as well.

since we have a TraCES meeting for 5 September, that could/should be teh right date.

@abausi @PietroLiuzzo Unfortunately - as agreed - I won't be available before the week starting 18 September. Perhaps we should find a date via email/doodle?

It is then better that I propose a date and a meeting after the next one, next week.

The next TraCES meeting will be tomorrow (on 22 August) and the following ones on 5 and 13 September and then on 2 and 10 October, due to the Summer School, always at 10:30 (a.m.).

Tomorrow we will discuss with Cristina the update on her work and confirm again what is to be done in the next weeks, as agreed. We will provide feedback fior whatever will be needed.

We shall use the meeting of 5 September (possibly with Pietro) to determine the final requirements for Stefan, before the meeting with Stefan, that could be on the 2 October or even during the Summer School week (25-30 September, in a date still to be determined: but I have already other meetings and constraints also in this week). These dates cannot be changed at this moment. We can in case arrange a Skype conference.
