Server & URLs for lexicon #33

We should discuss where to put the lexicon app & the lexicon api once they're finished.

My first suggestion would be:

App (@PietroLiuzzo): betamasaheft.aai.uni-hamburg.de/Geez/ (analogous to Dillmann app)
API (@sdruskat): betamasaheft.aai.uni-hamburg.de/Geez/api/
API documentation (@sdruskat): betamasaheft.aai.uni-hamburg.de/Geez/api/docs/

If we agree, I'll create the same setup on my test server (sans the app) so we can also test for consistency, and I can test the Nginx setup.

for all of these it would be much better to have them on betamasaheft.eu/ my current demonstrator resides at betamasaheft.eu/morpho, so it does not clash with any of these.
