[Bug(Feature request?) - models] Models of mobs instantly change based on height modifiers

Describe the bug Mobs with different models dependent on height instantly swap on height change.

List and link to broken resourcepacks Unable to attach due to Patreon content in the pack.

Expected behavior Mobs should retain their spawned-in model, or have options to retain their models.
