I use two resource packs that use CEMs. One to revert Zombified Piglins back to Zombie Pigmen and change Piglins and Piglin Brutes into the canceled Pigman mob. My other resource pack is to change the Blaze into Vestal from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia (Alex player model with a custom texture.) When I used them with Optifine, their head icons with their CEM would display properly on the minimap like any other mob with a vanilla model. However, with Entity Model Features, they display as generic yellow dots.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install Optifine and Xaero's MInimap, and use the Resource Pack Piglin to Pigmen by Emstar573
Spawn a Piglin, Piglin Brute, or Zombified Piglin to see its head icon on the minimap
Swap Optifine for Custom Model Features
See the original custom head icons changed to generic yellow dots with the name "Pigman," "Zombie PIgman," or "Pigman Brute." In my case, "Porquero zombi," "Porquero," and "Porquero bruto."
Expected behavior
The Pigmen and Vestal's custom minimap icons would display like they do when the Resource Packs are used in Optifine.
