[is_holding variable] CEM animation #212

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it is possible to cancel animations but you have to go through a tedious process, it can be very useful Ex. this much code is needed to cancel holding animation image

Describe the solution you'd like add a new variable that lets you to change the holding animations ex. like is_holding or smth image

Does OptiFine do this optifine kinda does it but it does not have a special variable for holding
