Description of the bug:
Wolves' collars behave strangely. When the wolf walks, everything is fine; when the wolf sits, the collar “falls” below the head. And in the boat, the collar begins to live its own life: it begins to spin at the speed of light around the wolf’s head, and if you break the boat, the collar will freeze in the broken position forever.

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1;
EMF version: 2.0.2;
ETF version: 6.1.1;
FA version: 1.9.1.
Additional context
After tests, I found out that the Fast Anim mod affects your mod. If I add just that, this collar bug starts to happen. I run Minecraft only with Sodium, ETF and EMT, then everything works as it should. I think you should just mark the Fast Anim mod as incompatible, or somehow fix this bug, but this will be difficult to do, because Fast Anim is a closed source mod.
