[Bug - models] Issues with signs #72

Describe the bug When using the resource pack Perfect Signs or other resource packs that change the model of signs, the texture breaks and only the front face of the board is visible.

Additional context Tested using Quilt Loader 0.19.2. Found that the issue occurs both with and without the mod Enhanced Block Entities.
