[SUGGESTION] Add ability for random sounds #171

While it might be a bit out of scope for this mod, I think it would be extremely useful to be able to have random sounds alongside random textures especially in conjunction with a mod like EMF or CEM

i've looked into it before but pretty much decided its out of scope, I might make an addon for this one day once i'm happy with EMF's progress
