[BUG] OpenMCSkins compat issue

Unable to use Player skin features & tool with OpenMCSkins ( https://modrinth.com/mod/openmcskins ), tested using local storage and local server for OMCS skins.

Nothing in the lastest.log besides the same text in the screenshot above, but here it goes : latest.log

• Minecraft version: 1.20.1
• ModLoader: Fabric
• ETF Version v5.2.3
• OMCS Version v2.0.0b4
• Does the issue persist with only ETF installed? : No
• Have you checked the FAQ in the Readme, or Discord, to see if it is a known issue? : Yes
• Maybe it's similar to #202

At this time I'm not planning to add custom support for every variation of skin changing mods,

if the mod applies the skin changes by modifying the skin texture returned by the player profile object then it should all automatically work, I'm sure some of these mods have reasons to not alter the skins textures that way but thats just not going to interect with ETF skin features :/
