[BUG] Mobs still blinking with resource packs that have it even when disabled #275

Describe the issue

Playing Wynncraft on 1.20.2, with the Fresh Animations 1.9 resource pack installed, I want the blinking to be disabled, but ETF settings aren't changing anything, mobs are still blinking.
